Coaching
Educational/Capacity Coaching is a unique intervention in which K&L Solutions offers to effectively meet the needs of the whole individual.
We develop goals for the individual to:
- Understand their unique capabilities as well as their learning challenges
- View themselves as capable and competent
- Focus on the process, not only the outcome
- Review and reflect
- Manage their time effectively
- Use organizational strategies effectively
A relationship is developed between a client and a coach. From that connection/partnership there is reflection upon strengths leading toward personal ACTION. The coach “monitors” the progress, sometimes critically, but often applauding the successes.
