- Identify and prioritize current educational needs
- Provide strategies and ideas to either remediate or accommodate those deficits
- Outline an evaluation plan that details how and how often the child’s progress will be evaluated
- Make suggestions as to the appropriate placement (least restrictive environment) for the child’s educational needs
