Educational/Capacity Coaching is a unique intervention offered by K&L
Solutions. A relationship is developed between an individual (teen or an
adult) and a coach. From that connection/partnership there is reflection
upon strengths leading toward personal ACTION plans. The coach 'monitors'
the progress, sometimes critically, yet often applauding the successes.
Individuals develop goals with a coach to: |
